Father’s Love 1

The Father is talking to all of us, that we are not orphans because He is our Father, He will come to us, and Jesus revealed Father’s love within us. When we come to know that the Father is coming and is to live within us, we must believe and know that He loves and wants to take us home. Where is our home? It’s a sense of belonging, a sense of security, and love. The Father gives us a home for our heart, that we can feel secure and we can be comforted.
The world is like a big orphanage, people don’t see their identity, they feel lost, and they cannot find their home. On the other hand, who is a son? The son has a home, the son receives the Father’s love, the Father’s entrance, and the Father’s inheritance. The orphan wants to try hard and work hard to prove his worth. He thinks like an orphan and he behaves like an orphan, but our Father in Heaven is talking to us today, everything He has is ours, we can live in His house forever.
So where does the orphan’s heart come from? From the evil spirit, from the world, from the malfunction family, and from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Isaiah 14:12-15 says, ‘How you are fallen from heaven, o Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the Pit.’
When satan fell, it wanted to be like God, and it lured people to be like God. Its core is a fatherless spirit, but our God’s attribute is a Father. Satan rejected the Father, it only had wants and desires, its focus is on itself, and at the end it will fall to the pit. When we worship God and serve God, do we bring people to ourselves or do we bring people to God? We are not here to present ourselves, but to represent God. Do not be self-centred, but let God be in the Centre of our lives and the lives of the people around us.
Ephesians 2:1-3 says, ‘And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.’ When we break our relationship with God, then we will follow the world, which is rules over by Satan. The orphan spirit is also from the material world, which we live in it. The world is affected by Satan, who wants to lure us to fall with it.
We must return to Jesus, He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, through Him we can come to our Heavenly Father. The world is full of orphans, let God help us to leave the way of the world. I John 5:19 says, ‘We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.’ God is waiting for us in His House, we don’t need to earn our worth in this world, because God values us, He treasures us, we don’t have to earth our worth. Matthew 16:25-26 says, ‘For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?’ We are God’s beloved children, we have the Heavenly wisdom, and we have the Heavenly power.
Our worth is given by the Father, when we are willing to let go of the worldly interpretation of ourselves, then we can really truely see our worth in Heaven. We are not alone. But so often we choose to live alone, even when we come to church, we only want to have a relationship with God and we don’t want to have relationships with others. These people don’t have a sense of a family, they hide themselves from the crowd, and they are still orphans. God gives us a church family so we can really experience being part of a family.
When we are the true son, we are no longer isolated, and we can interact freely with our church family. When we live as a family on this world, we learn to bring our heart to our home. When our hearts have returned home, then we can really see the Heavenly Father and we will no longer be orphans.
