Section One V1-7 Have Faith in the God Who Gives 信神必賞賜
What is faith? Something that we hope for but not yet see. There have been so many people in the past showing us the testimony of being faithful, their life story helps us to continue walk this path of faith and to press on. This world is created by the Word of God. When we are willing to come to God and to have faith in God, then we will seek Him, and when we seek Him then we will receive the reward God wants to give to us.
Our faith seems to move around by why we see. When we see God’s blessings in our lives, we believe in God, but when we don’t see God’s blessings do we still believe there is a God?
Section Two V8-22 Have Faith in the God Who Prepares 信神必預備
Abraham had faith in God, not to build a house for him on this world but a better city in the Heaven. Even when Sarah was not able to give birth physically, they still believes in God’s promise. When they died they only had one promised son, but they continued to have faith, because they knew they were only visitors in this world. This is the greater faith, to continue to have faith until death even though the promise is not yet seen.
What do we pray to God for? A better life on this world or the city in Heaven? We must believe in what God prepares for us in the Heaven is much better. If we only look at what is in front of us, then we can never see what’s better ahead of us. When these heroes of faith in the Old Testament died, they didn’t know that Jesus was coming, but they knew the better life is in Heaven, they knew their faith were not yet fulfilled and they continued to believe.
Section Three V23-49 Have Faith in the God Who Receives Victory 信神必得勝
What is our focus? God has give us the great mission to preach the Gospel and tell everyone about Jesus, just like how Moses spent his life to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, the land of slavery. Moses also did not enter the Promised Land himself, but he was willing to give up on his life as a prince, lead the people out of slavery, and teach them the laws of God. This is the faith of Moses, which represents Jesus Christ, who is also a Prince, lowing His life to save all people.
By blood and by faith, our sins and transgressions can be forgiven, both in Moses’ time and in Jesus’ time. We are reminded today about this better promise of God, and when we have faith, God will save us out of the lives of slavery, to cross over the Red Sea and enter Promises Land.
Through this journey of faith, we might come across instructions from God and from our authority that don’t make sense. But by faith, if we can believe, if we can follow, if we can press on, then we can see the mountain moving miracles, even the great City of Jericho will fall!
The people in the past overcome difficulties and receive victory in God, they have received the promise of God. There are still a lot of people, having faith, but not yet receiving the promise of God. The world sees them in suffering and hardship, even until they die, but they believe in the better resurrection life. They knew their life on this world will fade away and they look forward to the blessings in Heaven.
All the testimonies are for us to also experience God by living the life of the faithful. Jesus has done His Work for us, so we can receive and we have the authority to overcome this world. When we really can see this better promise from God in Heaven, we will receive and we can live in Will of God on earth as it is in Heaven.

一、 v.1-7 信神必赏赐
当我们相信有神和神的作为时，我们才会来寻求他。我们的信心好像会随着环境动摇，当我们看不见我们想要的赏赐时，我们就不相信有神。然而，神是亘古永存的，从世上所造之物就可以知道有这位神，他是爱我们的神，他必赏赐我们。
V7 有时我们跟别人传福音，他们很多人都不相信，只想过自己想过的生活，就像当初挪亚所经历的那样。不管周围的人如何看我们，我们都要坚定相信、跟随神，在神的话语中扎根，我们的赏赐在天上。
二、v.8-22 信神必预备
今天的很多人要求神一定要先做一些事，他们才愿意跟随神，然而我们要学习亚伯拉罕的信心。他相信的不是神为他在地上所预备的城，而是神在天上所建造的更美好的城。
亚伯拉罕和撒拉死的时候只有一个儿子，看上去没有完全得到神的应许，然而他们相信神给他们的应许是在天上。他们本可以回自己的家乡，但他们所羡慕的是天上更美的家乡。今天的我们祷告所求的是什么呢？只是求在地上有更好的物质条件吗？其实我们只是地上的客旅，要相信神在天上为我们所预备的是更美好的。
亚伯拉罕献以撒的时候，他相信无论如何神都会赐给他许多的后裔，所以他才愿意献上以撒，并且从羔羊看到了耶稣基督。我们在每一天的忙碌中，是否为主做工，还是只在地上积攒财宝？我们要在灵里看到神为我们预备更美好的事是在天上。
三、v.23-40 信神必得胜
V24-27 摩西本在埃及皇宫里享受王子的待遇，但他知道自己是以色列子民的身份，不愿意享受罪中之乐。我们知道自己是基督徒，享受神给我们蒙福的生活，然而，我们看见周围的亲友还是在这个世界过着为奴为仆的生活，我们是否继续享受罪中之乐而不顾其他人呢？我们要为那些失丧的灵魂代求，将福音传给他们，带更多的百姓回转向父亲的心，完成神给我们的大使命。我们要效法摩西、基督，看到我们的赏赐不是在地上，而是在天国里。
V29 我们是否能相信神所为我们预备的领袖和他们从神所领受的？当我们愿意像以色列百姓那样跟着过红海的时候，我们就能脱离为奴为仆的生活。
V30 有时神借着权柄跟我们讲的话听上去很不合情理，但我们要凭着信心去相信神和他借着权柄给我们的带领，当我们有爱有信任的时候，耶利哥城墙倒塌的神迹仍会继续发生。
V32-34 当我们对神有信心，最后就必看见神带领我们得胜。
V35-38 这些人死的时候看起来很凄惨，我们若用世界的价值观来看，他们可能没有得到我们所以为的蒙福的生活，至死仍没有看到应许成就，然而，他们所盼望的是更美好的复活、是在天上永恒的祝福，所以在愿意忍受地上的苦，就成了历世历代基督徒信心的榜样。如今的我们衣食无忧，但我们是否只看见地上富裕的生活，却没有看见将来我们都要复活、与耶稣基督一同掌权？我们要轻看地上的诱惑和苦难，看见耶稣为我们成就的更美好的复活。
