Section One V1-3 To Rise Up
V1 ‘Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.’ We cannot give up easily, even though it doesn’t seem hopeful in front of us. Can we still arise and shine in darkness and difficulty? We cannot shine by ourselves but we can we be lit up. The lights has been given to us so we can arise and shine.
V2 ‘For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you.’ We can also be the light of the world. A lot of people don’t know they live in darkness. When we share the good news with them, they don’t feel their lives have problems. But when we are willing to rise up and let God’s light shine upon us, then we can see the things that blind us. God is calling us to rise up.
V3 ‘The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.’ Nations and kings will come to us for the light that shines upon us. Because the world is in darkness, this is the end time. Stop staying in the problems, worries, and excuses. When we rely on this world then we cannot rise up.
Section Two V4-14 To See the Work of God
V4 ‘Lift up your eyes all around, and see: they all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be nursed at your side.’ Can we see what God is doing? When we look around, we will see people coming to us. When we arise, then we can see God has already prepared and gathered people to us.
V5 ‘Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart shall swell with joy; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.’ What is inside our hearts? What do we want to receive? The abundance, the treasures of this world. But when we turn to God, He will renew our mind, then we can see what we really need to seek.
V6-7 ‘The multitude of camels shall cover your land, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all those from Sheba shall come; they shall bring gold and incense, and they shall proclaim the praises of the Lord. All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together to you, the rams of Nebaioth shall minister to you; they shall ascend with acceptance on My altar, and I will glorify the house of My glory.’ Why we cannot see the abundance in our lives? Because we are unwilling or rise up, and we are unwilling to reflect the light of God. When we repent, sins will leave us then we can see God’s blessings.
V10 ‘The sons of foreigners shall build up your walls, and their kings shall minister to you; for in My wrath I struck you, but in My favour I have had mercy on you.’ No matter what our past was, when we arise for God, He will give us mercy and blessings. He is love and He watches over us.
V12 ‘For the nation and kingdom which will not serve you shall perish, and those nations shall be utterly ruined.’ We must see God’s great work, and see what we can do for God.
Section Three V15-22 To Enter God’s Transformation
V15 ‘Whereas you have been forsaken and hated, so that no one went through you, I will make you an eternal excellence, a joy of many generations.’ We must walk into the transformation. This is not just a belief or a knowledge, but something we have to fully emerge into.
V17 ‘Instead of bronze I will bring gold, instead of iron I will bring silver, instead of wood, bronze, and instead of stones, iron. I will also make your officers peace, and your magistrates righteousness.’ God has prepared abundance for us, but are we willing to follow, to enter, and to arise?
V22 ‘A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation. I, the Lord, will hasten it in its time.’ God is doing great work, are we willing to follow and be the light of the world for Him?
以赛亚书 60 – 末世与神同行

当初被掳到巴比伦的犹大百姓可能并不会想象到“兴起发光”能实现。在如今的世界，我们看到民攻打民、国攻打国，也看到环境被极大的破坏、疫情依然肆虐，在这样的光景中我们如何兴起发光？如何能在国破家亡、在末世中能与神同行呢？在新西兰冬春交际的时刻，神借着以赛亚书60章给我们特别的启示。
一、v.1-3 要起来
V1 在不可能的时刻，我们不能就这样随从世界和自己的情欲而放弃。“兴起”的原文就是要起来，在黑暗、无可指望的日子，我们更加要起来、发光。我们本身是不能发光的，需要“被亮起”。我们是在黑暗中，但给我们的光已经来到，“耶和华的荣耀发现照耀”我们。“发现”代表着黎明时刻已到来，耶和华的荣耀在我们看不见的地方慢慢升起照耀我们，我们就好像一面镜子一样反射出神的光，照亮黑暗。在没有办法做什么事的时刻，我们更要起来，被神照耀，成为世界的光。
V2 我们在黑暗中是不觉得自己有任何问题的，也不能知道我们已被黑暗遮盖，唯有起来才能发现“暗遮盖大地，幽暗遮盖万民”。若不起来，我们仍然活在黑暗中，以为自己或他人还是生活得很好，只有起来了，才看见之前被蒙蔽的东西。神拣选、呼召我们起来。
V3 “万国”、“君王”都会因为我们身上发出的光过来靠近我们，因为他们都活在黑暗中、都需要光。不仅是在巴比伦的百姓需要起来，如今我们被神呼召的人都要起来，不要再躺在我们的问题、借口中，不要让我们对金钱、物质、情欲的贪婪、挂虑使我们起不来。神的光照在我们身上，让世界看见我们。
二、v.4-14 要看神的大作为
V4 我们不是只有看一看，而是要向周围观看。一面镜子若是布满尘埃，就不能反射出光，唯有将上面的脏东西都抹掉，才能看见神的光照耀我们。圣灵来是让我们知罪认罪，耶稣基督的宝血使我们生命中的罪污都被涂抹遮盖。当我们起来，如同干净的镜子承受、并反射出神的光，就会看见“众人都聚集来到你这里，你的众子从远方而来，你的众女也被怀抱而来”。
V5 我们心思意念想得到的是世界的丰盛财宝，然而当我们愿意起来归向神的时候，神会将这些都给我们，因为金银本来就是属于神的，只是我们跟从神却不是为了这些物质。
V6-7“尼拜约”就是亚伯拉罕的另一个儿子以实马利 – 是与神百姓为仇的，但我们会看到原本攻打我们的人也要供我们使用。我们为什么看不到？因为我们不愿起来，不愿意成为反射神的光的镜子。当我们愿意借着耶稣的宝血将身上的罪污一点点洗净的时候，就是看见神的荣耀和祝福。
V10 不管过去多么糟糕，只要我们愿意起来，神就会施恩怜恤我们，因为神是爱。
V11 我们不需要害怕，因为神为我们看守。
V14 当我们愿意起来成为神的光的时候，过去所有的羞愧，神都会为我们一一处理。我们靠自己并不能做什么，而要看神的大作为。
三、v.15-22 要进入神的转化
我们不是在门外看，而是要走进神的转化。
V15 “被撇弃被厌恶，甚至无人经过”就是国破家亡的以色列人被掳到巴比伦的光景。但当他们愿意兴起发光、进入神的转化中时，神必使他们“变为永远的荣华，成为累代的喜乐”
V16 这是一个转化，不是一个信念，我们需要走进去。
V17 当年巴比伦进入耶路撒冷，将圣殿里的金银都拿走了，于是百姓只好用铜铁木石来代替金银。如今神要将过去被偷窃抢掠的都归还。神不需要我们捍卫自己，只要我们进入他的转化中，他自己会出手，“以和平为你的官长，以公义为你的监督”。
V19 我们不需要日头或月亮，因为耶和华“要做你永远的光，你神要为你的荣耀”。神为我们预备的是丰丰盛盛，但我们是否愿意进入神的转化？神的丰盛能让我们从“被撇弃被厌恶，甚至无人经过”到成为众人所喜爱靠近的人。
V21 神要做大事、新事、美事，但我们愿意起来、进入神给我们的转化、成为世界的光和盐吗?
