Section One V1-4 Wait Upon God
God is watching and God is listening. How do we live everyday? How do we live a new life? We want our lives to be renewed but everyday still seems the same, our attitude towards life is still the same, the patterns of our days are still the same. We must know that God wants us to give us hope, but if we are stuck in a doing mode, then we are unable to live under the Tree of Life to glorify God and to benefit others.
We don’t like to wait, why did Saul lose God’s blessings for him? Because he didn’t want to wait. When Moses did not want to wait, he killed the Egyptian, but later he waited in the wilderness for 40 years and God used him to lead the Israelites out of slavery.
Do we remember how God has led us in the past? They are not just histories but reality of God. Can we learn to give thanks? To love God and to love people.
Section Two V5-7 Convict Ourselves
We thought God did not listen to our prayers but we didn’t see that it was because of our sins, which separate us from God. We have a lot of complaints and excuses, but we cannot see our lives and our sinful desires.
Let us see our problems, we rely too much on this world and what we hold onto. Jesus showed us that our rewards are in Heaven. He has already set up a good example for us, why are we still in doubt?
Section Three V8-12 Continue to Cry Out
We are the works of God, we must cry out to God in this end time. We become numb and we do not find favours from God in our lives. It’s time for us to cry out, to seek God more and to long for the intimate relationship with God. Do not be satisfied with what we are now, but ask God to help us stay away from all sins.
Let God help us, not to lose faith, not to enjoy the things offered by this world, but to see God’s plan for us in our lives.
以赛亚书 64 – 如何度日

神对我们的爱永不改变。以赛亚书64章与63章连接，是从63章15节开始的祷告。神要垂听、神在观看，那我们如何回应？我们曾对神有渴慕、相信、热情，如今的心又如何？我们知道在末世世界会灭亡、审判会来临，但我们要如何过每一天的日子？当时被掳归回的以色列百姓虽然从巴比伦回到耶路撒冷，有了自由，但他们的生命没有因此改变，反而跟原来在巴比伦的时候一样，所以先知以赛亚帮助这些被掳归回的神的子民知道如何去度过在地上的每一天。我们已经重生、受洗得救、分别为圣，似乎已经做了该做的事，但我们的生活、为人处事似乎还是跟以前一样。若没有先神后人再大地，我们的生活其实会很容易离开盼望，无法在生命树的气息下荣神益人。我们今天如何度过我们每一天的日子？神借着本章经文教导我们如何度日。
一、v.1-4 要等候神
我们的问题是不愿意等候神，就好像扫罗王因为不愿等候神而失去他的位份；而大卫则相反，在亚杜兰洞的时候不再强出头，而是愿意等候，生命就不再一样；摩西不愿等候的时候就杀了人，逃往旷野；当他愿意等候的时候，他就能带领以色列人出埃及。
在世上没有别神，唯有耶和华。在出埃及记19:18曾记载神裂天而降，与摩西见面。我们要记得神的作为，他是如何裂天而降，使山动摇。他过去如何在敌人面前借着我们使人知道他的名。这些不是过去的事，因为神是昔在今在永在的独一真神，我们要记念神在我们生命中每一个祝福。撒旦会迷惑我们，让我们以为我们现在所有的是理所当然的，于是我们没有办法感恩、无法爱神爱人。先知提醒我们记念神的大作为，是他先寻找了我们。无论环境如何，我们都要不失去数算主恩的心，要等候神。
二、v.5-7 要自己责备自己
我们时常会觉得神没有听我们的祷告，却没有看到是我们因着自己的罪而与神隔绝，失去警醒的心。我们里面有很多抱怨、很多小剧场。圣灵来是让我们为罪为义为审判自己责备自己。先知也在这里提醒神的百姓看到自己的生命。我们能否看到自己的问题？我们眷恋这个世界，不愿从中分别为圣，一手抓着神、一手抓住这个世界，以为天国就是“享福”。然而，这不是主耶稣或众使徒给我们的榜样。我们不要抽一两节经文来塑造我们自以为的天国，要看到主耶稣在地上过的是一个仆人的生活，以完成天父对他的旨意。使徒保罗也曾说过“当跑的路我已经跑尽了”，他的路是宣教的路。我们是否因为世界上很多事而迷失，整天只想着自己，没有为福音多走一里路？当神启示我们看到生命的问题，我们就要自己责备自己。
三、v.8-12 要不断呼求
V8 这里没有说我们是王子公主，而是要我们看到“我们是泥”，是神“手的工作”。
V9-12 在现今的环境中，我们要不停止向神呼求。当我们觉得已经麻木、没有什么可以感恩神的时候，更要不断呼求，而不是妥协于现状。我们要求神不要因我们的罪孽不顾我们，也要为神的圣殿而呼求，求神不要让他的殿荒凉。我们不要日复一日的过着跟别人一样的生活，而要为我们的城市、教会、弟兄姐妹呼求神。我们的祷告是否只是跟神要我们缺乏的东西？求神帮助我们，让我们不要因为世界而失去属神子民的能力。我们是有能力的，只要我们呼求那位爱我们的阿爸父。不要因每天繁琐的事而对主给我们的大使命冷淡，让我们每一天都过着在地如在天的生命。
