Section One V1-5 Proclaim God’s Help 宣告神的帮助
V1-5 ‘If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, let Israel now say— If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, when men rose up against us, then they would have swallowed us alive, when their wrath was kindled against us; then the waters would have overwhelmed us, the stream would have gone over our soul; then the swollen waters would have gone over our soul.’
V1-5 以色列人要說：「若不是耶和華幫助我們，若不是耶和華幫助我們，當人起來攻擊我們，向我們發怒的時候，就把我們活活地吞了。那時波濤必漫過我們，河水必淹沒我們，狂傲的水必淹沒我們。」
Psalm 124 is connected with Psalm 123, we are not only to know God’s help but also to see and receive God’s help in our lives. We don’t usually see God’s help in our lives, but we must know that in small things, God is helping us. In the morning we can wake up, come to church, attend morning devotion… do we see miracles in all the small things that happen? Or do we take it for granted and only see the negative things? We must always give thanks in small things that happen in our lives. It’s all about our mindset, what is our attitude towards everything happens in our lives?
诗篇 124 与诗篇 123 相连，我们不仅要知道神的帮助，还要在我们的生活中看到神和接受神的帮助。我们在生活中通常看不到神的帮助，但我们必须知道，在小事上，神正在帮助我们。早上我们可以醒来，去到教会，参加晨祷……我们是否在所有发生的小事中看到了奇迹？还是我们认为这是理所当然的，只看到消极的东西？我们必须始终对生活中发生的小事表示感谢。这完全取决于我们的心态，我们对生活中发生的一切的态度是什么？
Psalm 107:1-3 says, ‘Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy, and gathered out of the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.’ We can choose to give thanks to God but we can also choose to complain. God’s help is with us, don’t take it for granted, but to give thanks. Do we see the dark clouds and the rains? Or do we see the God, Who helps us and pour down His blessings to us? Do we see that without God’s help, we cannot even be here?
诗篇 107:1-3 说，‘哦，感谢耶和华，祂本为良善！因为祂的慈爱永远长存。愿耶和华的赎民说这话，就是祂从仇敌手中救赎出来，从各地、从东、从西、从北、从南，所聚集的人。我们可以选择感恩，但我们也可以选择抱怨。神的帮助与我们同在，不要认为这是理所当然的，而是要感谢。我们看到的是乌云和雨吗？还是我们看到帮助我们并向我们倾注祝福的神？我们是否真实知道没有神的帮助，我们甚至不能在这里？
God’s help is God’s freshness, which has come upon us, without God, we will be rotten and smell badly. But when we come near God, when we receive God’s help, then we will not be withered, but we will be nourished, we will be fed, we will be full of life, and others can see. Therefore stop lying to ourselves, stop thinking that we are being forced and restricted, but start seeing God’s freshness has come upon us, He turns us into green leaves, not the dry yellow leaves. No matter when, no matter where, in good times, and in bad times, God’s help is with us. When the world, when the people, when our old self rose up to come against us, God’s help is with us.
神的帮助就是神的新鲜，临到我们身上，没有神，我们就会腐烂，发臭。但是当我们亲近神，得到神的帮助时，我们就不会枯干，反而会得到滋养，我们会得到喂养，我们就会充满生命，别人也能看见。因此，不要对自己撒谎，不要认为我们是被强迫和限制的，而是开始看到神的新鲜气息已经临到我们身上，祂把我们变成绿叶，而不是枯黄的叶子。无论何时何地，顺境逆境，神的帮助都与我们同在。当世界，当人们，当我们的旧我起来反对我们时，神的帮助会与我们同在。
The wrath of people are like the people’s anger, from our boss, our colleague, our spouse, our parents, even our children… their anger is like beasts that will swallow alive. We must know that God’s help, His freshness, is with us, therefore we don’t need to fight back, we don’t need to feel hurt, we don’t need to feel upset, but to proclaim God’s help is with us. How He had helped us in the past, He will still help us today! How He had led us this far, can we remember it? It may be 10 years ago, it may be 20 years ago, and it can be today, but can we see it?
人的愤怒可能会来自我们的老板，我们的同事，我们的配偶，我们的父母，甚至我们的孩子……他们的愤怒就像会把我们活活吞噬的野兽。我们必须知道神的帮助，与我们同在，因此我们不需要反击，我们不需要感到受伤，我们不需要感到沮丧，但宣告神的帮助就在我们身边，祂过去如何帮助我们，今天祂仍会帮助我们！祂是如何带领我们走到这一步的，我们还记得吗？可能是10年前，可能是20年前，也可能是今天，但我们能看到吗？
Every day is full of wonders and miracles, but why we can’t see it? Because our hearts have hardened, we are not used to give thanks, when we pray, we only want to receive from God, and we forgot to give thanks. Every day we must proclaim the help of God and count God’s blessing.
每一天都充满了神迹奇事，但为什么我们看不到呢？因为我们的心刚硬，不习惯感恩，祷告的时候只想从神领受祝福，而忘了感恩神。每一天我们都必须宣告神的帮助并数算神的祝福。
Section Two V6-8 Praise God’s Name 称颂神的名
V6-8 ‘Blessed be the Lord, who has not given us as prey to their teeth. Our soul has escaped as a bird from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped. Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.’
V6-8 耶和華是應當稱頌的！他沒有把我們當野食交給他們吞吃。我們好像雀鳥從捕鳥人的網羅裡逃脫，網羅破裂，我們逃脫了。我們得幫助，是在乎倚靠造天地之耶和華的名。
How much of God’s Name of we know? We must spend time and effort to remember the Names of God. God’s Name is worthy of all praises. The birds have fallen into the snares of the enemies, but they have escaped because the snare is broken. Do not think that we are holy, do not think that we will not fall into the snares of the enemies, but to know that when we fail, we must praise God’s Name. when negative things come to us, what is inside our hearts? What do we say in our mouths?
我们了解多少神的名？我们必须花时间和精力来记住神的名，因为神的名配得一切赞美。飞鸟落入仇敌的网罗，但因网罗破了，就逃脱了。不要以为我们是圣洁的，不要以为我们不会落入敌人的网罗，但要知道当我们跌倒时，我们必须赞美神的名字。当消极的事情来到我们身边时，我们的内心是什么？我们嘴里说的是什么？
The Holy Spirit comes to convict ourselves for sins, for righteousness, and for judgement, do not always think we are right, do not always try to prove ourselves to others, what is the use for everyone to see we are right? When we are like this, we will become prideful, and we will lose the suggestions from other people. What is the fragrance of the Tree of Life? To humble, to obey, to deny ourselves, and to benefit others. We must learn to praise the Name of God, in season or out of season. Do not lie to ourselves, there are trials and tests all the time, our lives will not always be smooth, but when troubles come, we hold onto God tightly, we proclaim the help of God, and we praise the Name of God, He will come to our aid.
圣灵来让我们为罪，为义，为审判，自己责备自己，不要总是认为我们是对的，不要总是试图向别人证明自己，让大家看到我们是对的有什么用？当我们这样时，我们会变得骄傲，我们会失去别人的建议。生命树的气息是什么？谦卑、服从、舍己、利他。我们必须学习赞美神的名，无论得时不得时。不要自欺欺人，时时刻刻都有考验和考验，我们的生活不会总是一帆风顺，但当困难来临时，我们紧紧抓住神，宣扬神的帮助，赞美神的名字，祂会来帮助我们的。
Because our God is the Creator of the Heaven and Earth, therefore when we proclaim the Names of God, we can experience His power. We must not rely on the help of the world, the help of people, the help of money, but the help of God.
因为我们的神是天地的创造主，所以当我们宣扬神的名时，我们可以得到祂的力量。我们不能靠世界的帮助、人的帮助、金钱的帮助，而是单单靠神的帮助。
